What cookies are
Cookies are small files or pieces of information stored by your browser. They can maintain a session, remember preferences or enable an external service. Local storage can perform similar functions.
Necessary technologies
The website uses technical Laravel cookies for sessions and CSRF protection. They are required for security, navigation and language selection and are not used for advertising.
The banner choice is stored locally as rhonequelle_cookie_consent until you delete it.
- Laravel session cookie: maintains session and language; duration follows website settings.
- XSRF token: protects forms from unlawful requests; session duration.
- rhonequelle_cookie_consent: remembers acceptance or rejection of external services.
Optional external services
Only after “Accept external services” do we load Google Fonts and, on the booking page, Seekda. Providers may receive IP address, device and technical information and may use their own technologies.
If rejected, the website remains available, but online booking and external web fonts are not loaded. You can still contact the hotel by phone or email.
Managing or withdrawing your choice
Reopen the banner at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. A new choice replaces the previous one for later visits.
You can also delete cookies and local data in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent language, session or forms from working properly.
Contact and updates
Questions can be sent to info@rhonequelle-oberwald.ch. We may update this policy when services or rules change; the date above identifies the current version.
